Student life
AIS is a school where students are challenged in their level, and where we have focus on independent learning and inquiry. Students receive teaching adapted to their level, and the teachers help you to improve where you are.
They don’t demand more than what you can achieve, but push you into becoming better. The IB program is both challenging and demanding, but it pays off.
The Student Council in AIS is working hard to make life easier for the students of AIS. We take up matters that interest the students, and we work to see possibilities instead of limitations. We have challenged the AIS staff several times, and we are willing to do it again if we feel it is necessary. The Student Council is independent and does not permit itself to be dictated by AIS. If AIS has made a new rule or system and the students dislike it, we are not afraid to voice our opinion.
