Bente Pedersen

I started working in Arendal International School during the initial stages back in June 2006 and have enjoyed every day since then.

I had the privilege of seeing the school becoming an independent foundation in 2012. AIS is an IB World School and being part of an International Learning Institution is inspiring and challenging. Before joining AIS I worked in other organisations and schools in Norway and some years in Namibia. I am blessed with a good husband and two wonderful daughters. I like outdoor activities and enjoy the variety in seasons for hiking, skiing, and garden work. I like travelling and meeting new people. I enjoy learning and I like to be able to make a difference.
