Teachers, parents, family members, and students may create accounts with us with one of the school’s systems linked to by this website. We also collect limited log-data from all visitors to our marketing website.
Account Information: When teachers, parents, family members, or school administrators create an account with one of the school’s systems, we collect their name, email address, password, and, in some cases, profile picture. We may also collect phone numbers and other information entered in account settings.
Student Accounts: Students cannot create accounts themselves; they must be invited by a teacher or school administrator. When students are granted permission to use our systems, we collect personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, and profile pictures. This information may be entered by a teacher, the student, or retrieved via third-party sign-in services, such as Google accounts.
Messages: AIS collects messages exchanged between teachers, family members, and students.
Communications: AIS collects any information users send to us directly, such as email correspondence.
Third-Party Sign-in Services: AIS allows teachers, parents, and students (after teacher invitation) to sign up and log into some services using a Google account.
